Cancellation Policy

Chalk drawings must be booked at least three (3) days in advance. Three (3) days prior to a drawing, Colored Dust will contact the customer via email regarding weather conditions on the day of the drawing. If inclement weather seems expected, the client can agree to cancel the drawing within one day of contact and receive back their deposit. If the client decides to continue with the drawing and the weather proves bad, cancellation is allowed up to one (1) hour in advance, but their deposit will not be returned.
