STORE POLICY

Weather & Refund Policy

Three (3) days prior to the day of the customer's scheduled booking, the customer will receive an email to discuss forecasted weather and projected design. If, according to local forecasts, inclement weather is expected the same day or the night before, the customer will be offered the chance to cancel within forty-eight (48) hours of the session and have their $20 deposit refunded. Should the customer decide to move forward with the session in spite of the prospect of inclement weather, or does not cancel within 48 hours of the session time, and the weather does cause the design's completion to be hindered, the total fee will be waived but the deposit will not be returned. 


These policies apply only until the drawing is declared "complete." Colored Dust will not be held responsible for the damage and/or destruction of any completed work. 

Privacy & Safety

In order to keep customer names/locations/etc. safe, no piece of artwork will be used on Colored Dust's social media or portfolio without the signed consent of the customer. 


Colored Dust reserves the right to refuse any requested chalk art design which goes against the artist's personal moral beliefs. The artist's safety and security are of utmost importance, and it is within the artist's right to decide whether any situation on or off the session site is deemed unsafe. 

Location & Sale Description

Services only offered within Medina county. 


The customer will be charged a $20 deposit at the time of booking a chalk design session, which will be factored out of the remaining total fee to be paid when the drawing is pronounced "complete." This in-person payment can be completed with cash/check, PayPal, or credit/debit card. The customer will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the work being completed.
